We are looking for dependable and long term individuals who have a passion for teaching and nurturing young children as a career path. Experience in a licensed childcare facility is preferred but not required. This position requires employees to love, nurture, and inspire children as well as perform other duties as needed. Must be able to work well and communicate in a healthy open manner with other staff, children, and parents. Must be able to work as a team. This position requires flexibility and the understanding that you may be asked to work in different areas in the building and different shifts during the week. Candidates must be able to have the flexibility to work a schedule within Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. First Aid and CPR training required but can be obtained after hire if not currently trained. Must be willing to complete additional training as needed per Licensing and STARS requirements. Staff must understand and agree with the concept that children are to be honored and empowered! We are NOT a traditional child care center. Wage DOE and education. Part-time/Full-time. Candidate must have their own personal vehicle for transportation.
