In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners while developing your skills in early childhood education. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with our preschool standards Support classroom management by using Concious Disipline language and strategies to maintain a safe school enviornment Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and independence Help organize classroom materials, prepare educational resources, and ensure cleanliness and safety of the learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support ongoing development and address any concerns Experience Prior experience working with young children is preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage positively with children and families Must be able to pass a background check Join an incredible group of supportive women who strive to inspire a love of learning in young children!
