Requirements:

Experience working in a childcare center or large group setting Must be at least 18 years of age CDA or college degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required A love of working with young children A desire to do something meaningful A high level of energy (this is not a job for sitting)! Responsibilities:

Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming. Supervise, care for, protect, respect and nurture our precious students. Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior.
