We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Program development/planning and experience in a hospital setting preferred. Experience supporting care coordination, case management, or complex scheduling workflows Experience using EMRs (Epic preferred) and managing in-basket/task-based workflows Preferred experience working in healthcare, Outpatient Clinic or Palliative Care What You ' ll
Do:
Assists with course/program development, implementation and oversight. Assists clients by providing information and/or resources. Collects, reviews, and compiles data, statistics and materials relevant to quality and performance improvement reports and projects. Prepares and edits written materials to ensure a quality output.
