GED Driver's License Full Job Description General Description:
The Program Assistant communicates with organizational components, family and community representatives in a consistent manner. Reports directly to the Area Director. Works cooperatively with Program Director.
Education Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent; minimum one year of experience in the field. Must have a valid NC driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
Clearance Requirements:
Clear healthcare registry and background check. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Hours:
(Monday-Friday) (
Part-time:
15 hours/week) The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the following duties: File all documentation. Make new charts when an intake is completed. Close out charts when the participants case closes. Print and upload monthly notes. Review charts monthly and send needed documents to Employment Specialists and Area Directors. Attend weekly staff meetings. Greet people served and notify Employment Specialist and/or Area Director of their arrival. Shred paperwork as needed. Perform light cleaning duties. Answer phone and direct calls accordingly. Send charts to QA/QI monthly as requested. Read and initial all memos and notices. Attend all required in-service training courses. Always Maintain confidentiality. Responsive for knowing and adhering to all Federal, State, City, Cape Fear Group Homes, Inc. procedures, directives, and regulations.
