Traveler Do you enjoy working with children in a school-based setting but you're still working on your degree? We have an opportunity for next school year to work full time with students who are visually impaired.
Key Details:
  • You'll work August 13, 2026-May 21, 2027, 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload is 1:1, so you'll be assigned to assist one student with their daily needs at school
  • Location is within Fayetteville, NC, exact school TBD
  • Seeking individuals with a professional demeanor and communication style who exhibit poise and patience
  • Hourly rate range is $20-26/hour based on experience
Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 48 semester hours of higher education or an Associate's Degree or a CNA certificate
  • You will need to provide a copy of your degree or transcript for submission
  • Previous experience working with kids in daycare, camp, babysitting, etc.

Travel Farther Together Referral Program:
Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you've referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor.
Payouts are split:
50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance:
Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment. 820332
