Location:

Gastonia, NC 🕒

Schedule:

7:30am - 2:30/3:30pm every day, year round M-F After school program depending on when school lets out (usually around 6:30/7) 💰

Pay:

$15-$20/hr 🌈 What You'll Do ✔️ Support teachers and licensed professionals with lesson plans and classroom activities ✔️ Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning ✔️ Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment ✔️ Monitor and report student progress in behavior and performance ✔️ Assist students with daily living needs (feeding, mobility, hygiene as needed) ✔️ Support use of assistive technology andmunication devices ✔️ with classroomanization, attendance tracking, and materials ✔️ Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families ✔️ Assist with extracurricular activities and program support ✔️ Transport students when required 🎯 What We're Looking For ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus) ✅ Experience working with children—especially special needs students ✅ Background as a paraprofessional, teacher aide, or similar role preferred ✅ CPR & First Aid Certification (current) ✅ Strongmunication and interpersonal skills ✅ Patient,passionate, and dedicated to student success ✅ Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards ✅ Comfortable supporting students with physical and personal care needs ✅ Ability to pass a background check ✨ Why You'll Love This Role 💡 Meaningful, hands-on work with students 🤝 Supportive and collaborative environment 📈 Opportunity to grow within education and healthcare fields ❤️ Make a lasting impact in yourmunity 📣 If you're ready to inspire, support, and empower students— today with Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences! Pay Details:
