Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and promote student success. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create an engaging learning space where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and social skills, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and individual student needs Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies. Support classroom organization, including preparing materials, maintaining a clean learning environment, and managing supplies Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including Montessori or preschool curricula and toddler care practices Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, teachers, and support staff Strong organizational skills and the ability to assist in lesson planning and curriculum development Passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a nurturing environment Join us as a Teacher Assistant to inspire young minds, support diverse learners, and contribute to a positive educational experience.
