We are a close-knit, very friendly workplace and community rooted in Christian values. Schedule & Calendar Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 1:40 PM (Part-time)

August 5, 2026
School Calendar:
We generally follow the New Hanover County (NHC) Traditional Public School calendar. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist in a combined 3 and 4-year-old Primary Montessori classroom. Implement strong phonics instruction as a core part of the daily curriculum. Maintain a classic, orderly, and beautiful Montessori environment (with ongoing guidance and support from the School Director). Foster a warm, respectful, and nurturing classroom culture reflecting Christian values.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous hands-on experience working in a Montessori preschool setting is required.
Skills:
Strong, proven ability to teach fundamental phonics to preschool-aged children.
Certifications:
Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
