Teacher Assistant

Go Beyond is expanding and in search of a dependable, caring Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team and support our classrooms in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Support children through play, learning, meals, transitions, and rest time Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Encourage kindness, curiosity, independence, and fun throughout the day

Qualifications:

Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented Experience working with children is required Ability to communicate professionally with staff and families Must be able to pass required background check CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Must be comfortable being active throughout the day (lifting, playing, moving, etc.) We're not looking for "perfect." We're looking for someone who is: Warm and engaging with children Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Open to learning, coaching and feedback Reliable and consistent A positive addition to our team culture
