In this role, you will assist in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside dedicated educators committed to excellence in early childhood education. Duties Assist in implementing innovative, age-appropriate lessons that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and inquiry-based principles to promote joy and learning for children birth to five. Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive, inclusive environment that encourages social-emotional growth and guidance. Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure all learners thrive. Assist in classroom routines and rituals to ensure an environment of inclusivity and structure. Assist in maintaining detailed records of student progress, guidance strategies, and lesson plans. Experience Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or other educational settings. Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to foster a safe and nurturing environment for young learners. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage families in their child's educational journey.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
