Key Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a paraprofessional, especially with SPED populations ABA training or practical ABA experience required Background in behavioral support within schools High school diploma required Capability to provide at least one completed professional reference Comfortable adapting to classroom or schedule changes as necessary Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality Ability to complete required district fingerprints and onboarding procedures Flexible and collaborative team player

Responsibilities:

Support a preschool student within intensive needs and general education classrooms Apply ABA techniques to assist with behavioral interventions and promote student progress Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Adapt to shifting classroom assignments when needed Support students' social, emotional, and academic development throughout the school day This is a part-time, Monday through Thursday position, totaling 26 hours per week, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 2:50 PM.
