www.sau29.org Job #: 6359 Job Requirements and Properties Work Onsite Full Time Schedule Part Time Job Description . The Office Aide is a vital member of our school's front-office team. This role is designed for a professional who can balance traditional clerical duties with a compassionate approach to student care. You will be responsible for maintaining a smooth-running office environment, handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality, and providing backup health support for our students when the school nurse is unavailable. This is a part-time 6.5 hour per day office aide. Key Responsibilities •
Office Operations:
Execute daily clerical tasks to support the school office and ensure efficient operations. •
Health Support:
Assist with student health issues, including managing minor illnesses, injuries, and dispensing daily medications in the absence of the school nurse. •
Special Education Support:
Perform specialized clerical duties to assist the Special Education department. •
Confidentiality:
Maintain the highest standards of privacy regarding student records and school information. Qualifications •
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. •
Experience:
Previous job-related experience is preferred. •
