Job Description
Immediate Hiring Need! Assistant Teachers - Preschool & Toddler Programs We are looking for warm, compassionate, and dedicated Assistant Teachers to join our Preschool and Toddler Programs in Vermont and New Hampshire. This is a full-time position working an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, scheduled between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. If you have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy fostering an environment of learning, exploration, creativity, and care, we would love to hear from you. We offer a supportive work environment, Montessori training, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $36,000 - $50,000, depending on experience, education, qualifications, and responsibilities. Medical and retirement benefits. Paid sick leave. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Montessori approach. Fluency in Spanish. Experience in toddler and/or preschool classrooms.
