These contract roles support student learning in a structured environment from Monday through Friday, totaling 32.5 hours per week (full-time equivalent). The school day starts with student arrival between 8:05 and 8:20 a.m. and finishes with dismissal at 3:05 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in supporting student learning and behavior management. Provide one-on-one or small group support as directed. Help implement educational plans and monitor student progress. Support classroom organization and preparation. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Must hold an associate degree, equivalent college credits, or Para 2 certification from the state. Previous paraprofessional experience preferred. Ability to provide three professional references, including at least two supervisors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a Title I school setting.
