You will be in a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students' collective and individual needs. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential and grow. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment, making fun to learn and teach.
Responsibilities:
Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills
