As an Assistant Teacher , you are more than an educator—you are a mentor, role model, and leader in the classroom. What You'll Do:

Build Strong Relationships! Be a trusted partner to children, parents, and staff, supporting them through life's journey. Create a Joyful Learning Environment! Implement the Lightbridge Academy curriculum and Seedlings program , making education exciting and engaging. Encourage Growth & Development! Assess each child's needs and foster their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Ensure a Safe & Nurturing Space! Maintain a clean, well-kept classroom that prioritizes health, safety, and well-being. Stay Compliant & Professional! Follow all policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations to uphold our high standards. Continue Growing! Attend staff meetings, trainings, and complete 20+ hours of professional development annually.

What You Bring:

✔ Childcare or preschool experience (Required) ✔ Strong leadership, time management & organizational skills ✔ Ability to multitask & adapt in a dynamic classroom setting ✔ CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) ✔ Prior management experience (a plus but not required) Why Join Lightbridge Academy?
