Schedule:

(Monday-Friday 10 AM - 6PM ) We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a full time Assistant Teacher and Substitute Behavior Technician. This unique role allows you to work both in a preschool classroom and provide one on one support to children with autism. What You Will Do Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:

Support teachers with daily classroom routines and lesson plans Supervise and engage children in activities that promote learning and development Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom Assist with personal care hygiene and positive discipline Help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment Observe and support childrens developmental progress

Substitute Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

Work one on one or in small groups with children Implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Learn to use data collection tools and behavior strategies Help children build communication, social, and life skills Qualifications Experience working with young children Experience with autism is a plus High school diploma required Reliable, flexible, and compassionate attitude Ability to meet New Jersey childcare requirements Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team oriented work environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career growth and advancement Make a difference in the lives of children every day !!

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day. Lift and or move up to 40 - 50 pounds. Ability to respond quickly to ensure child safety.
