WHAT YOULL DO

Your responsibilities will include:

Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with approved curriculum for Home Health Aide training programsMonitor student attendance, performance, and classroom participationProvide clear assessments and constructive feedback to ensure student successPrepare lesson plans, demonstrations, and course materialsMaintain compliance with state regulations and K&G Career Academy standardsOffer tutoring, mentoring, and academic counseling as neededCreate a supportive and professional classroom environment that fosters learning and growth

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

Valid NJ Registered Nurse (RN) (required by state regulations for HHA instructors)Prior teaching or training experience strongly preferredStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsBilingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred, but not requiredCompassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Compensation:

$30 - $35 per hour
