We are open year-round. This position involves working with young children. Under the direction of the Head Teacher, the Assistant Teacher is responsible for and accountable to assist with scheduling, operating, and maintaining the safety at all times of their classroom(s) within the established guidelines and policies. Supervise students in classrooms and all areas in the building. Tending to all basic needs of the children: including but not limited to feeding, diapering, toilet training, and emotional support. Assist with the delivery of curriculum and implementation of classroom programs.

Assist in classroom management:

maintain a safe, clean, organized, classroom environment that is conducive to learning and that adheres to licensing regulations and ratio requirements. Develop and/or assist with any other duties that are mutually agreed upon with the Head Teacher. Work collaboratively with the center's administrative team included but not limited to: mandatory, bi-weekly staff meetings, safety protocols, Procare management, planning for special events for children and families, learning plans and accommodations We are currently offering Full-Time, closing positions from 9:30am-6:00pm. Our current openings are with 12 months to 2-year-olds. Part-time center floater positions with infants to preschoolers are also available.
