Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future.
Duties:
  • Help Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
  • Help Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or similar preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field perferred
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
