As a Special Needs Nanny, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and other special needs, promoting independence, social skills, and emotional development Develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborating with families, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management Create a safe and nurturing environment, utilizing strategies to manage behaviors and promote calmness Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families and care teams Keep up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to stay current in your knowledge and skills
Requirements:
