Assistant Teacher

Part-Time Job Overview Our private learning association is seeking a caring, dependable, and engaging part-time team member to work with our wonderful 4th and 5th grade children in a collaborative environment. This position is ideal for someone who loves children, enjoys creating a positive learning environment, and values creativity, encouragement, and relationship-building. In this role, you will help 4 children complete grade level tasks. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early education journey while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with classroom activities and lessons Leading small group discussions or projects Encouraging student participation and positive behavior Helping students stay focused and engaged Supporting hands-on learning, games, and enrichment activities Working alongside lead teachers and families

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Kind, patient, and energetic Reliable and organized Comfortable working with elementary-aged children Able to communicate well with both children and parents Passionate about learning and child development Experience in education, homeschooling, childcare, tutoring, or related fields is a plus

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
