Lead and Assistant Teachers

Lead and Assistant Teachers Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum with our Directors for preschool toddler and infant care programs
• Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the needs of children with special needs, including those with autism
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a preschool or daycare setting
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques, especially for children with special needs
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
