Employee discounts Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement About the Role We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to support our lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and wants to make a positive impact on early childhood development. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and educational development Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate interactions Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents Assist with diapering, toileting, and basic hygiene (as needed) Follow all licensing and safety regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with children (preferred but not required) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check clearance (required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, nurturing, and reliable personality Preferred Qualifications Previous daycare or preschool experience Bilingual is a plus What We Offer Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Training and professional development
