Position Overview Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 hours between 7:30am - 5:30pm. Schedule to be determined. We're hiring a Full-Time Assistant Teacher (M-F, 40 hours per week) to support our lead 4 year old teacher in creating an engaging, Christ-centered classroom environment. In this role, you'll help facilitate Bible-based activities, supervise daily routines, and ensure the classroom remains safe, clean, and welcoming for every child.

What You'll Do Assist in leading fun, Bible-based lessons and activities Supervise children during play, meals, and rest time Lead afternoon activities Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment Sanitize toys and materials regularly Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Support classroom coverage during teacher breaks and lunches What We're Looking For A love for working with children and sharing the love of Christ Minimum 6 months experience working in ECE (preferably in Nevada) Strong communication and teamwork skills Responsible, organized, and dependable Must meet NV State Childcare Licensing requirements: Background check Negative TB test CPR/First Aid certification NV Registry Membership Commitment to ongoing training Full-Time Employee Benefits We believe in caring for our team just as we care for our students.
