Full time, 35-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Help lead fun, Bible-based activities and lessons. Supervise playtime, meals, and rest - making sure every child feels safe and cared for. Keep the classroom tidy, clean, and welcoming. Regularly sanitize toys and materials to keep it a healthy space. Build strong relationships with kids, parents, and staff. Qualifications 6 months toddler experience in a childcare setting strongly preferred, but not required A passion for working with children and teaching a Christian curriculum. Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality. Reliable, able to commute to work (South Reno/Arrowcreek area) on time and reliably. Organized, responsible, and committed to creating a clean, safe space. Must meet NV State Childcare Licensing requirements (background check, negative TB test, obtain CPR and first aid training, and ongoing training for Nevada Registry).
