Join our warm, supportive childcare team as a Toddler Assistant Teacher ! We are a NAEYC-accredited, Quality Stars-rated center located on a university campus, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a collaborative and nurturing environment.
Position Details:
Full-time position (8-hour shift between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday) Starting pay: $16.25-$17.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom Assist with daily routines including meals, activities, and transitions Help foster a positive, nurturing environment for toddlers Communicate effectively with team members and families
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Previous daycare or early childhood classroom experience required Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred
