We are a nurturing early childhood center focused on creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment where children can learn and grow. The Teacher Assistant will support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities, supervision, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lessons and activities Supervise children to ensure safety at all times Help with classroom setup, cleaning, and organization Support children during meals, snacks, and rest time Encourage positive behavior and social development Assist with diapering, toileting, and hygiene routines as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment Communicate effectively with staff and follow daycare policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous childcare experience preferred (daycare, preschool, babysitting, etc.) Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Opportunities for training and advancement
