- Patient, playful, and willing to be silly — dancing, singing, crawling on the floor, wearing a puppet on your hand… all welcome.
- Fully present with the children — you understand that engaging with them matters more than gossiping with coworkers.
- A true team player — you help your coworkers, communicate kindly, and pitch in wherever needed.
- Positive and dependable — you show up with a smile and understand that your energy sets the tone for the children.
- Not afraid to get dirty — paint, outdoor play, sensory activities, and toddler chaos are part of the fun.
- Responsible and safety‑minded — you follow routines, communicate clearly, and keep children safe at all times.
- Willing to clean and help maintain the classroom — because a healthy environment is part of quality care.
- Comfortable building relationships with families — warm, professional communication is key. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Experience in childcare is a plus, but a genuine love for children is essential

Pay:
