Contribute to curriculum development efforts aligned with Montessori or other early childhood philosophies. Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education practices is essential. Experience with special education strategies, behavior management, and working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Classroom experience involving lesson planning for literacy education, math fundamentals, and toddler care enhances your candidacy. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
