We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our preschool toddler classroom. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children ages 2-5 and will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and routines Help create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Supervise children during play, meals, rest time, and transitions Encourage positive behavior and model kindness and respect Work collaboratively with staff as part of a team Communicate effectively with teachers and administration

Qualifications:

Must have a love for working with children ages 2-5 Patient, kind, and nurturing demeanor Punctual, dependable, and responsible Strong ability to work as part of a team Prior childcare experience preferred (but not required)

Requirements:

All candidates are subject to a full background check, including fingerprinting Must complete a physical examination Negative TB test required prior to employment
