Teachers Aid/Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support classroom activities and assist in the educational development of students. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing learning environment, particularly for students with diverse needs, including those on the autism spectrum. This role is essential in fostering literacy education and providing care for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Support students with individual learning needs, including those with autism. Help maintain classroom management and ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Engage with students during activities to promote literacy education and skill development. Provide care for toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt lessons as necessary. Prepare classroom materials and assist in maintaining an organized learning environment. Requirements Experience working with students in a classroom setting is preferred. Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, particularly in preschool settings. Ability to educate and engage students effectively, fostering a love for learning. Experience or training in working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for nurturing young minds and contributing positively to their educational journey.
