Teacher Aide Early Childhood at Monarch Early Childhood at St. John's Parkside The Teacher Aide assists the teacher in providing quality education in a language-enriched environment. The Teacher Aide supports the teacher by following his/her lead to teach life skills, socialization skills, and pre-academics to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and helps them attain their highest level of personal achievement.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$16.00-$18.00

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Minimum Experience:
Some Early Childhood or related field is preferred

Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm Hourly rate based on relevant years of certified experience Education Aide The Education Aide provides academic support and services to pediatrics, adolescents, and adults adjusting for the effects of age, culture, background, experience and developmental status. As a support of academic, behavioral and life skills this employee directly supervises students in areas of educational programming and activities.

Monday - Friday 8:00am-3:00pm Preschool Behavior Specialist The Preschool Behavior Specialist provides support across classrooms to help children develop strong social-emotional and behavioral skills. This role focuses on guiding children through challenges, supporting emotional regulation, and promoting positive behaviors in a safe and nurturing environment. The Behavior Specialist works collaboratively with teachers and staff to respond to individual student needs, including providing additional support during times of dysregulation or crisis.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$18.90 - $26.00/hour
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
At least one of the following must be met: Bachelor's Degree with 1 years' experience in early education or mental health field Associate's Degree In Human Services or related field with 3 years' experience in early education or mental health field
License/Certification:
NYS Drivers License Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
