This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education, special education, and working with children of diverse needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans, assist with classroom management, and support students' academic and social development. Prior experience in daycare, preschool, private schools, or working with children with disabilities is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys while developing professional skills in a dynamic educational setting. Duties Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and curriculum development. Support students with special needs, including those with autism and other disabilities, by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies to create a safe and inclusive environment. Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to reinforce learning objectives and support literacy education, early childhood development, and preschool activities. Help supervise children during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement. Prepare classroom materials, assist with lesson setup, and maintain organized learning spaces. Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and specialists to monitor student progress and address individual needs. Support children's social-emotional development by fostering positive interactions and encouraging appropriate behavior. Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, behavior management, or working with children with autism. Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school settings, or similar environments. Knowledge of special education strategies and experience supporting students with disabilities or behavioral challenges. Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to diverse learners' needs. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment. Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members. Familiarity with curriculum development for early childhood education programs such as Montessori or Toddler care approaches. Experience working with children who have autism or other developmental delays is a plus. Compassionate attitude combined with patience and strong interpersonal skills necessary for working effectively with children of all abilities.
