Job Description
Job Summary Join our dedicated educational team as a Teacher Aide, where your enthusiasm and commitment will support the growth and development of young learners. In this vital role, you will assist classroom teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans, managing daily activities, and fostering a positive learning environment. Your energy and compassion will help create an inclusive space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore their potential. Responsibilities Support lead teacher in our oldest toddler room. Assist with classroom management to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children of various ages and abilities. Help implement behavior management strategies that promote positive interactions and emotional regulation among students. Prepare classroom materials, assist with lesson planning, and organize educational activities tailored to individual student needs. Supervise children during activities such as playtime, meals and rest periods to ensure safety and engagement. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff to support each child's progress and well-being. Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school settings or similar environments is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and childhood education best practices. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students. Ability to manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies. Certification or training in childhood education or related fields is a plus; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Join us in nurturing young minds!
