In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and learning. Whether guiding toddlers through foundational skills or supporting preschoolers in their developmental milestones, you will be instrumental in fostering a love of learning from the very start. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive setting dedicated to child welfare, early intervention, and educational excellence. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports children's individual needs. Engage children in meaningful activities that stimulate cognitive development, language acquisition, and motor skills through play-based learning and structured lessons. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support children's developmental goals. Assist in classroom management by maintaining organized learning spaces and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support children with special education needs through tailored interventions and early intervention strategies. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional planning. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Experience developing curriculum content across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods is advantageous. Familiarity with working with students who have special needs or require early intervention services. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families. Previous classroom experience involving lesson planning, tutoring, or teaching physical education will be considered a plus. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; Montessori certification is a bonus.
