This role involves picking up and delivering equipment, performing inventory-related tasks, performing demonstrations, and assisting with outreach efforts. Join us as a TRAID Program Assistant and be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference! Your energy, organization skills, and commitment will help drive our mission forward while providing valuable experience in community-focused program support. Be knowledgeable about different assistive devices to be able to provide demonstrations and training on how to use them properly. Maintain a database of all devices and equipment in the Loan Closet and maintain documentation on loans, returns, and donations. Maintain contact with external resources to ensure referrals are being made to RCIL. Maintain contact with external resources to ensure assistive devices are being donated to our Loan Closet. Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources. Provide direct consumer services, including equipment demonstrations and loans which may include delivering and picking up equipment. Secure equipment and assistive technology donations. Engage in activities to market and increase community awareness of these services. Ensuring completion of project and contract deliverables. Engage in and document technical assistance to the community. Report any issues to your Supervisor. Providing information for reports as requested. Other duties as assigned

(ENVIRONMENTAND SCHEDULE
): This office-based job operates in a shared office environment with overhead lighting and moderate to light noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Equipment is stored in a warehouse type facility. Assistance may be provided in the community or consumer homes. Some weekend hours may be required for presentations and outreach activities. VI. Physical DemandsAND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to drive a lift-equipped van to deliver and pick up equipment. Must be able to lift items and be able to assemble. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Local travel, including driving a lift-equipped van, is required. Some out-of-town travel may be required to participate in work-related meetings, conferences or trainings. VII.Qualifications:
1.Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Human Services or related fields. At least one year knowledge of community-based services and public benefits. Has a strong commitment to promote and advocate for the full integration of individuals with disabilities. 2.Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership, managerial, and project management skills Strong personal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Impeccable time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. VIII.
