Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Assistant Teacher and play a vital role in nurturing the youngest learners. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will support infant care routines, foster developmental growth, and create a safe, engaging environment for babies to explore and thrive. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap time, and sensory activities tailored to infants' developmental stages Support individualized care plans by engaging with infants through play, communication, and age-appropriate activities Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and equipment maintenance Observe and document infants' progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform teaching strategies and communicate with parents or guardians Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and fostering social-emotional development among infants Follow all licensing regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance with safety standards at all times Requirements High School diploma or GED Prior experience working with infants in daycare, nannying, or babysitting is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining flexibility in daily routines Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and supervisors Passion for working with children, nurturing their growth, and creating a positive learning atmosphere Join us in shaping the earliest experiences of our children!
