Job Description

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, supports classroom activities, and helps create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for all children.
Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans Supervise and engage children during playtime, meals, and learning activities Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Support children with social, emotional, and developmental growth Communicate professionally with parents and staff Assist with diaper changing, potty training, and classroom routines as needed Follow all daycare policies and state licensing regulations
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred Reliable, patient, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus Must pass background check requirements
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
