Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Substitute Childcare Teacher Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality care and education to children across various age groups. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience while making a positive impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood development, including literacy, math, and social skills. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment for children. Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning. Help with classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and transitions between activities. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to support individual needs and developmental goals. Follow all licensing regulations, health protocols, and program policies to ensure a secure learning environment. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
