Provide Academic Support:

Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce lessons, adapt materials, and help students stay focused and organized during school work.

Guide Behavioral & Social Growth:

Safely implement positive behavior interventions and de-escalation strategies. Support students through daily routines, transitions, sensory breaks, and social interactions.

Collaborate Daily:

Assist the lead teacher with classroom management, prep materials, and keep accurate tracks of student academic and behavioral progress data. Maintain a

Safe Environment:

Provide consistent supervision during class, lunch, recess, and transitions to ensure a structured and positive school environment.

Experience:

Prior experience working with youth in a school, camp, daycare, or behavioral/therapeutic setting is a major plus.
