We have openings at Williams Avenue Elementary, Norwood View Elementary and Norwood High School. Some positions are working with students in a specialized classroom environment and some are 1:1 with a particular student. Starting pay is $18.75 an hour, working during the school year (9 month position) with payment year-round. Hours of work will be either 7:30am to 3:00pm or 8:00am until 3:30pm (7 hours per day / 5 days per week). Full benefits include medical and dental insurance, a fully-paid term life insurance policy, a preloaded benefit card for medical expenses, 3 personal leave days per school year, sick leave of 1.25 days accrued per month, an attendance incentive of $250.00 per quarter (with an extra $500 on top of that to reward perfect attendance all year) and 9 paid holidays during the school year.
