Cleveland, OH Job Details Part-time $16 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Office activity coordination Customer service Executive administrative support Data entry Event setup Full Job Description Program Assistant (Part-Time) Art House Inc. 3119 Denison Avenue Cleveland, Ohio Art House Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Assistant to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of programs and activities at our community arts center. Working closely with the Program Director, teaching artists, and other staff, the Program Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and logistical support to help ensure programs and events operate smoothly. This position assists with studio classes, workshops, community partnerships, exhibitions, special events, and program-related communications and logistics. Art House is a nonprofit visual arts center located in Cleveland's Brooklyn Centre neighborhood. Since 1999, Art House has inspired exploration and expression through the visual arts by providing creative opportunities for children, families, and adults throughout Greater Cleveland. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys working with people, and is interested in arts programming, community engagement, or nonprofit administration. Primary Responsibilities • Assist the Program Director with scheduling, logistics, communication, and day-to-day coordination of programs and activities Maintain program calendars, records, and scheduling information Support communication with teaching artists, program participants, families, and community partners Manage registration processing, attendance tracking, data entry, evaluation compilation, invoicing support, and other program-related administrative tasks Assist with preparation of program spaces, materials, and supplies Support exhibitions, artist talks, workshops, special events, and community programs Provide general administrative and organizational support as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a small team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive Strong customer service and public communication skills Interest in arts programming and community engagement Position Details Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week Primarily on-site at Art House Inc. Flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend hours required
