Blanchard Valley Job Description:
  • Candidate should have a great deal of patience to work with students with autism and/or behavioral issues
  • Candidate should have a passion for working with students in elementary school grades and be willing to assist with behavioral needs, toileting and personal healthcare as needed
  • Provide appropriate support and encouragement to student
  • Assist student with class work in small groups and individually
  • Work under the supervision/direction of the classroom teacher and/or BCBA
  • Be willing to be trained to meet the behavioral and educational needs of the student
  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) trained or willingness to be trained
