After School Program Assistant

Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate dynamic after-school curricula that promote academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and extracurricular engagement. Lead, supervise, and motivate program staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality activities aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate schedules, manage program logistics, and ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, school partners, and community organizations to enhance program participation and support. Monitor student behavior to maintain a safe, inclusive environment that encourages positive interactions and learning. Oversee compliance with safety protocols, licensing requirements, and organizational policies to ensure a secure setting for all participants. Prepare reports on program outcomes, attendance, and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications High School Diploma or Higher. Proven experience working with students in educational or youth development settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster teamwork.
