Clerical Paraprofessional - Ross Middle School

Ross Local School District is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Paraprofessional to join the team at Ross Middle School. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school and providing excellent service to students, families, staff, and community members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and student information systems preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Must meet all Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requirements

Responsibilities Include:

Serving as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and visitors Answering phones and directing inquiries appropriately Assisting with attendance, student records, and office procedures Supporting administrators, counselors, and teaching staff Preparing correspondence, reports, and school communications Assisting with student activities, scheduling, and building operations Performing other duties as assigned by the principal
