What You'll Do:

Implement lesson plans aligned with Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards . Foster a classroom environment that is engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate. Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Creative Curriculum and support hands-on learning experiences. Maintain classroom organization and aesthetics that meet DCY and Gold Step Up to Quality standards. Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about each child's progress.

What You Bring:

A true passion for early childhood education and child-led learning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creativity, flexibility, and a heart for helping every child thrive. (Preferred) Experience in a Step Up To Quality-rated program or early education setting.
