Strong understanding of childhood development principles or other educational philosophies like preschool or toddler care Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and engaging families effectively Ability to implement behavior management strategies that support positive social interactions Familiarity with literacy education, math instruction, and classroom activities that promote cognitive growth Join us to inspire young learners every day!
