This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with educators, students, and families to ensure every learner receives the attention and resources they need to thrive. Your dedication will help shape positive educational experiences and promote academic growth within our community. Responsibilities Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional support, and student engagement activities Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring additional help, including those with special needs Support the preparation of instructional materials and classroom setups to facilitate effective learning Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment by managing supplies and filing student records Conduct basic legal research related to educational policies or compliance requirements as directed Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining student files with accuracy and confidentiality Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to promote a positive educational atmosphere Requirements Strong analysis skills to assess student needs and adapt support strategies accordingly Experience in legal research or familiarity with educational policies is a plus but not mandatory Prior administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Paralegal or legal administrative experience preferred for understanding compliance documentation Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication purposes Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families This paid Paraprofessional role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about education and community support.
